The first step in renting a property from TruRidge™ is to complete our Prescreening Questionnaire. This will help us determine if you meet our minimum eligibility requirements. This is not an application or background check, just a few simple pre-qualification questions. If you meet our requirements, we can proceed with scheduling a property viewing. A full rental application will be required when you decide to apply.
